1. Shipping Destinations
At Loxep, we currently specialize in delivering high-quality products directly to our customers across Canada. We offer nationwide shipping from our global fulfillment centers to ensure you get the best value.
2. Processing Times
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or Canadian statutory holidays.
- You will receive a notification email with a tracking number once your order has officially departed our warehouse.
3. Estimated Shipping Times
Because we source our products globally to keep prices low for the Canadian market, shipping times may vary.
- Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days.
- Remote Areas (NT, NU, YT): May take 13–14 business days.
Note: These are estimates. Factors such as high seasonal volume (Black Friday/Holidays) or extreme Canadian weather conditions may occasionally cause slight delays.

5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking link. You can track your package directly on loxep.store via our "Track Order" page or through the carrier’s website (e.g., Canada Post, UniUni, or DHL).
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Loxep is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
7. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is a very small window to cancel/change your order or to change the address. If you decide to change your shipping address, please write to us at support@loxep.store as soon as you place your order.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
Loxep is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Loxep will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
